  Perfectly cozy & hearty food. We love dining here, although it always seems to be overly warm temperature wise.
  When we have friends and family come into town, we make a point to eat here at least once.

  I don't know if all pubs in Bath are this good but this one was awesome.
  
  I expected a regular old pub with average pub food. It exceeded my expectations. I got the roast beef steak, my girlfriend got the braised beef blade and it was excellent. The roast came with a bunch of roast vegetables and Yorkshire pudding.
  
  The pub was really well decorated as well. Shame it was raining because the beer garden looked wonderful.
  
  Service was solid, staff was friendly and food arrived quickly.

  Good food and atmosphere. Quite expensive for Bath, though. But it is worth it.
