  Poor management and disgusting to see a global super brand run like this!
  
  Sent the letter below to head office and now awaiting a reply.
  
  Good evening,
  
  I have just returned from a rather unpleasant and upsetting experience in your Burger King branch in Bath. As a treat for the Christmas holidays Me, my wife and two small children (4&6) decided to have a trip to the restaurant after swimming. When arriving at the restaurant I went to order whilst my wife located a seat in the downstairs seating area. When ordering the clerks at the till did not once acknowledge me and were engrossed by another co worker who popped into the restaurant with his mates to get free food. The conversations heard at the till we're completely unprofessional and left me totally gobsmacked to hear from members of staff in uniform, a poor first impression. When finally placing my order the food did arrive fairly quickly so I made my way to my seats downstairs. When going down the stairs the debris of food that had not been cleaned on the stairs was evident and extremely concerning in a health and hygiene purpose.
  
  I opened the door to be greeted by hell, I then turned to my wife who was sat at a table with the two children surrounded by tables of rubbish, pictures on the walls plastered in sauce and food everywhere. The only reason we stayed was the kids were hungry and they didn't register the mess. The wife then told me whilst I was queuing a gang of teenagers where swearing in front of Burger King staff and trying to intimidate the lone table attendant. When we began eating the table attendant did arrive and I engaged in a conversation regarding that the conditions of the restaurant was appalling and why doesn't he report the actions to the police and firstly the manager. He replied the manager says they 'bring money' so he hits target. I replied reminding him that Burger King is a global brand and this isn't suitable eating conditions and not what a paying customer expects to see when eating at a established restaurant chain. He said the teenagers will congregate all day and will continually intimidate others and create the mess. We discussed cctv and security and he laughed as the manger says it is too much money. The cleaner was doing his best but unfortunately due to the behaviours of others could not maintain the standards. I was really disappointed in my visit and felt short changed by the disgusting conditions and customer care received at this restaurant.
  
  I would like to hear your reply and suggest a visit to the Bath branch of Burger King. I would also ask you to review the hygiene of the restaurant and the service of the staff and management.
  
  I will end this email by clarifying I am really disappointed and will not return to that branch again. In a business point of view the Bath branch will also receive international tourists daily and your reputation is being questioned by poor management and conditions at the restaurant.

  I normally like Burger King but this time i went in the whopper that i ordered tasted like iron which means the burger was not cooked properly also in the back they were having a argument in the back this just might be a one off but 2 stars.
