Always pop in first thing to pick up coffee and cakes after dropping my son at the station. Starts my day off in a positive way, having a chat and a laugh with everyone in there. I saw the staff deal with an incredibly belligerent and rude man today with charm and patience - I wouldn't have been so nice to him!! Great customer service. Great job, guys xJuly 03, 2016
