  amazing time when i went to see Russell Kane; great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great venue. seats were very comfy and the layout was good - I could see everything from right at the back. the queue for the toilets was long and slow but it didn't detract from the wonderful evening.

  Fascistic food and great quality of comedians. Laughed all night. Staff service was friendly and attentive even though the place was packed. Would highly recommend.

  Lovely venue that I have a soft spot for.
  Used to be a flea-pit cinema (I distinctly remember hating Matrix Reloaded in) until Komedia took it over, stripped it back, and revealed a rather lovely ornate venue that had been hidden for decades - hurrah for gentrification.
  Within its restored shell, Komedia host a variety of types of events, and this review isn't for any of them specifically - but the venue.
  Events however are suitably varied; Comedy, cabaret, music - both recurrent local nights, and national tours.
  Oh, and I finally got to see Bladerunner projected here, which *almost* made up for Matrix Reloaded (almost).
